The Warehouse is 2,200 square foot warehouse filled with antiques and accessories, all available to rent for your wedding, special event or photo shoot!

We have everything from Regency chairs to vintage iron outdoor furniture, beautiful chaises to barnboard harvest tables and a growing collection of antique china. Whether you are looking for a summery vintage setting or something more formal with a French flavour, we have everything you will need to make your wedding or party beautiful and bless your guests in the process!

We will work with you or your event planner, to take your ideas from thought to reality. If there is something we don't have, we'll find it for you. If there is special material you need incorporated into a vignette, we have the very best workroom at our disposal, not to mention finish carpenters, an iron working studio and faux furniture painters.

Our services also include delivery, setup and take down. You needn't worry about a thing. Our goal is to make sure that you really enjoy the process, while we make your vision come to life. Whatever celebration you are planning, it should be a joy from start to finish.

Meet Liz Hawley, Principle Designer

Although The Warehouse is a new addition to Niagara, I am not. Liz Hawley Designs Inc. has been in operation since 1984. I studied interior design in London (UK) at the Inchbald School of Interior Design and in New York at the New York School of Design. Over the years I've scoured auction houses and estate sales for unique finds, held antique shows in places like Queens Quay and various downtown Toronto warehouses. I've shipped containers from the south of France and Italy for 3-day shows in Canada and the U.S., and designed numerous residential and commercial projects throughout North America.

Focused now completely in Niagara-on-the-Lake, in addition to The Warehouse, my husband and I are developing The Village, a Duany, Plater, Zyberk Master Planned New Urban Community.

At The Warehouse, I am joined by Andrea Hilts, a student of design with a fabulous eye for staging and a love for it that is contagious!
