Consultations & tastings are offered by appointment only. They have a whole lot of rigorous food coaching. Chef Ana’s researched at Cordon Bleu in London, Escoffier in Paris in Addition to a certification program at Pastry in The Culinary Institute of America. She’s also worked cake layout with Canada’s leading wedding cake designers. Furthermore, she even opened her own restaurant, in 1991.
She has had a passion for the Arts and had even started training for a fashion designer several years back. She continued taking classes in the artistic area such as cloth layout, acrylic painting, stained glass, photographs & sculpting/mould-making to list a couple of them. She has then steered her artistic training into the area of cake styling and has studied with a number of leading cake artists.
She is deeply interested in producing exceptional one-of-kind designs and produces her own moulds so as to reach this. The tradition of a wedding cake goes back for decades along with also the cutting of the cake as the primary action performed by the recently wed couple. They can allow you to make it into a more memorable focus on your particular event’s style.
Whether it is a cake in the conventional style with flowers, a distinctive topper or something more unconventional like vibrant colors or layouts to coordinate with your décor, they specialize in custom designing the ideal cake for you. Only the best and freshest of ingredients are used, for example locally produced fruits for a number of the yummy fillings!
